On May 29, the "Meeting to Promote Equipment Upgrading and Transformation in Key Industries" was successfully held at the Foshan National Torch Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, organized by the Foshan Development and Reform Bureau. The event brought together nearly 200 key energy-consuming units in the city, focusing on enhancing the energy efficiency of 43 key products across six categories to promote extensive equipment upgrades in key industries, facilitating energy conservation and carbon reduction for a green transformation.

As a representative of equipment upgrades in the textile industry, Exponent Envirotech shared its energy-saving and carbon reduction success stories, showcasing its water-saving and waterless dyeing technologies implemented by leading firms in the sector.

Exponent Envirotech's Energy-Saving Transformation Technology for Drying Cylinder and Stenter received high praise from the attending leaders and guests. The drying cylinder system is designed for common drying units in dyeing and finishing factories, significantly reducing steam consumption, minimizing heat loss, and alleviating cost pressures.

The stenter system features three key modules: a low pick-up application system, an intelligent oven control system, and a moisture monitoring system. These modules leverage self-developed smart control programs based on big data models for automated management, offering environmental protection, energy savings, user-friendliness, and plug-and-play capabilities, suitable for woven products like color-woven fabrics, denim, and bedding materials.

At the meeting, Exponent Envirotech's dedicated exhibition area also captured the attention of media and attending companies. "Our energy-saving transformation technologies can reduce unit energy consumption by 10-30%, resulting in annual operation cost savings of 30,000 to 45,000 USD", the Exponent Envirotech team explained in an interview with media.
