On October 14, the ITMA ASIA + CITME2024 officially opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. On the first day of the exhibition, Exponent Envirotech showcased innovative green technologies in printing and dyeing at booth H5C07 in Hall 5.1, highlighting the industry’s potential for revitalization.

01 Innovative Upgrade: A Strong Product Showcase

At this exhibition, we broke away from traditional display formats with three main zones focusing on ECOHUES™ waterless dyeing technology, Indigo Recovery System, and Energy-saving Transformation System for Drying Cylinder, providing a comprehensive overview of our environmental and energy solutions for the textile and fashion industry.

The exhibit blended ECOHUES™ waterless dyeing product and brand collaboration showcases, which attracted many visitors. Another highlight was the ECOHUES™ waterless dyeing certification & traceability system, which utilizes blockchain technology to ensure transparent production processes for waterless dyeing products.

Indigo Recovery System implemented membrane separation technology and onsite indigo concentration testing devices to achieve over 95% water and indigo recovery, efficiently realizing the resource utilization of dyeing wastewater and reducing the difficulty of end-of-pipe treatment, thus promoting a circular economy in the denim industry.

Moreover, Energy-saving Transformation System for Drying Cylinder stood out by improving steam flow efficiency in cylinders, thereby alleviating cost pressures for businesses while enhancing intelligent operations and safety, drawing considerable attention from the audience.

On the morning of October 15, Exponent Envirotech and CHTC Fong’s Group held a successful signing ceremony for their strategic partnership. We have made significant progress on our collaborative efforts for waterless dyeing piece dyeing technology, expected to culminate by the end of 2024. This advancement marks a transition from yarn dyeing to piece dyeing, expanding options for sustainable fashion products.
